In addition, the company offers property management services comprising financing, valuations, market appraisals, sales, and acquisitions; search, advisory, sales, and financial services, property and facilities management, project management, and consultancy services; consultancy and transactional services, such as leasing, sales, site search and feasibility, space analysis and optimization, price negotiation, renewal, and legal services, etc.; and hospitality services, including sourcing, conception, and implementation. Further, it provides real estate services in the residential, retail, commercial, and hospitality services sectors.
